The Infinity Range comes in two variants: the Infinity Lamp, which offers all the core features, and the Infinity Voice Lamp, which adds the unique ability to record and send voice messages. Although voice messaging is exclusive to the Infinity Voice model, both lamps work seamlessly together and can be grouped alongside our Classic Friendship Lamps, Modern Lamps (Cube, Tower, Cylinder, and House), and Pulse Lamps — giving you the flexibility to mix and match devices for the perfect connection.
Setting up either model is quick and effortless using the LuvLink App. Just follow these simple steps to get your Infinity Lamp glowing and connected in no time!
Step 1: Download the LuvLink App
Start by downloading the LuvLink App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Once installed, open the app and tap + Add Device to begin.
- Choose 'Create a new Group' if you are just starting.
- Or choose 'Connect to an existing Group' and carefully enter your GroupID if you already have one.
Step 2: Follow the On-Screen Prompts
The app will guide you step-by-step through the setup process. During this time, your Infinity Lamp will cycle through different colors to show you exactly what’s happening.
What Do the Lamp Colors Mean?
Here’s a quick color guide so you know what your lamp status is:
- Blue: Turning on and connecting
- Dim Red: Setup mode — ready to configure
- Dim Orange: Connecting to Wi-Fi but not yet connected to the Internet
- Purple: Downloading a software update
- Yellow: Waiting for approval from the Group Admin (if your lamp is part of a group)
- Green: All set and ready to use!
Helpful Tips
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network you want your lamp to join.
- If joining an existing group, wait for the Group Admin to approve your device.
- Let updates finish completely to keep your lamp running smoothly and enjoy the latest features.
