Whether you're signing in on a new phone or trying to log back in after being logged out, it's important to use the same email address and password you used when first setting up your LuvLink Friendship Lamp in the LuvLink App.
If you’ve forgotten your password—don’t worry! Resetting it is quick and easy.
Forgot Your Password?
You will need to reset your password directly from the login screen in the LuvLink App.
1. Tap “Forgot Password?” on the LuvLink App login screen.
2. Enter the same email address you used to set up your Friendship Lamp.
3. Check your email inbox for the password reset link.
4. Open the email on your phone and tap the link.
5. Enter your new password and confirm it.
Remember: Choose a password that’s easy for you to remember—but hard for others to guess. Save it somewhere safe so you won’t have to reset it every time you log in.
Did You Sign Up with Google?
If you originally signed up using your Google account, you won’t be able to reset your password through the LuvLink App. Instead:
- Simply log in again using the Google login button.
- Make sure to use the same Google account credentials you used when you first signed up.
Not Receiving the Reset Email?
If the password reset email hasn't arrived yet:
- Check your spam or junk folder—sometimes it ends up there.
- Wait a few minutes, as there might be a short delay.
- Still not seeing it? Try the steps below under “Getting an error?”
Getting an Error?
If you're running into trouble, try these quick fixes:
- Uninstall and reinstall the LuvLink App.
- Restart your phone to refresh any background issues.
- Make sure you're on a stable WiFi connection.
- If all else fails, try logging in from a different phone.
